North Haven would love to have your pets at our Carmel apartment community! We have no restrictions on breed or size for dogs, although we have a 2-pet maximum with a non-refundable fee in addition to a monthly pet rent for pet-owning Residents.

Yes. There is a charge of $4,500 to break a lease at any time, which will be lowered to $3,000 if given a 60 day notice.
Yes, North Haven and all other J.C. Hart apartment communities necessitate a credit check to be completed during the application process.
Yes. A fee of $250 per apartment is required which covers the application, background screening, and processing charges necessary for a new lease.

No, North Haven does not allow our Residents to prepay their full lease terms. Rent must be paid on a monthly basis on the first of every month.
A security deposit is required before lease signing. The deposit required will be based on the review of your application screening. North Haven Apartments also provides a non-refundable deposit alternative.
