What is your pet policy? North Haven would love to have your pets at our Carmel apartment community! We have no restrictions on breed or size for dogs, but we have a 2-pet maximum with a non-refundable fee in addition to a monthly pet rent for pet-owning Residents. Do you let Residents pay their rent online? Yes! To access our current Resident portal to pay your rent or submit a maintenance request, view our Resident Info page. What school district are you in? North Haven is served by Carmel Clay Schools, which includes Forrest Dale Elementary, Carmel Clay Middle School, and Carmel High School. Can current Residents break their lease? Yes. There is a charge of $3,000 to break a lease at any time, which will be lowered to $1,500 with a 60 day notice. Do you require a credit check? Yes, North Haven and all other J.C. Hart apartment communities require a credit check to be performed during the application process. Do you charge a fee to apply? Yes. An administrative fee of $250 per apartment is required which is used to cover the application, personal screening, and processing charges necessary for a new rental. Do you offer special discounts for students, elderly Residents, or military members? J.C. Hart is proud to be an Equal Housing Opportunity Provider, but at this time we do not offer those discounts.
